I understand that Village Green is a privately owned property however, the city should be able to order them to clean up the garbage on their property. Considering Grande Prairie just went through a city scrub, Village Green should have participated and cleaned up their property of the garbage. It's a disgusting mess that needs to be dealt with, the area looks horrible.
