This isn't probably Building code,zoning. There are two handicapped parking signs in front of a house on the flat side of goddard. it is the fourth house on the left. Nobody uses them. Street is really crowded with parking and use of that spot would be helpful. They were put up for a man who used to live there. No longer needed.
