When will you address this issue related to this decaying tree? Or shall you wait until there a death or severe injury resulting from this hazard?

Please also contact the PWD call center 615-5566 for hazardous or dangerous issues. If you feel the person at the call center is not directing your correctly call back and ask for a supervisor. You should also contact PG&E 800-743-5000 as these tree maybe impacting your power lines. Where is your landlord or property managers??? The City of Oakland is run in a reactive way and as past history has shown they wait for the worse then scream if they only knew. Keep documenting.

Pleasefixit SCF is good for documenting these issues to the PWD sadly there is a serious disconnect getting the information to the right crews and or outside agencies. So you should call on Monday they do work for us right.
