Description
Impark is illegally placing their signs in the middle of the road to direct traffic to their pay parking lots. It's causing issues for residents to make safe turns onto Mission Bay Blvd North.
They shouldn't be allowed to place any signs in the middle of the roads. Please reprimand them and fine them, if possible.

Hours before and during every SF Giants home game. This particular sign is at the intersection of Terry Francois Boulevard and Mission Bay Blvd North, as the original description and location data stated. There are other instances, though, where Impark either blocks other streets or they block sidewalks with their signage (such as partially blocking the handicap curb cut at the southwest corner of Mission Rock and 3rd).
They are not cooperative or respectful of the neighborhood, and they make it very difficult to get a hold of anyone to enact change. For example, they will load multiple people--sitting and standing--on their golf carts and then race through private property to get from one parking lot to another. They don't adequately clean up the litter tailgaters leave in the lots, so it blows all over Mission Bay. And they fail to adequately police the parking lots, encouraging criminals to frequent our neighborhood and break into cars and buildings they pass along the way.
