My property is 310 Bledsoe Ave and adjoining property on 304 and 305 Lee St. Being a taxpayer why the law not enforced to clear debris hanging over my fence which is now going to require replacement--This is the third request! Also, property adjoing owned by Clay need to clear in backyard adjoining my fence line. Why do am I required to report every year! Is it because we are located in SE Raleigh instead North Raleigh? This is how I feel over the years--Please contact me at 919-395-7324 and make arrangement to view the property since I keep my gate locked--Thanks

As I am understanding this, your neighbor's vegetation is leaning over your fence causing damage. There is no city ordinance that would address this. This issue is between you and your neighbor. Any vegetation that extends over your property line you have the right to cut at the property line. Hope this helps, but is not an issue the City would get involved in.
