The new signal on Old Milton and the new entrance to Avalon is timed very badly for Eastbound traffic in the morning (6AM). It turns red about 30 seconds after we get the green @ Westside and Old Milton. It turns red when no traffic is on either side wanting to get on Old Milton, then stays red for a (what seems) long time.
