Beschreibung

Aqua' s contractors ripped open Route 23 to replace pipes and then patched up the trenches with a quarter mile of car-jarring dips, bumps and ruts. It has been left this way since January. It is now almost May and the car-nage continues.

Can someone please pave this mess properly?

It is bad, but they won't fix it until Aqua is completely finished with the replacement which should be soon.

There was a cursory effort to fix this problem. The paving job done to this stretch is an improvement but still has quite a ways to go. Contractors should be required to fix there tear ups to the original condition or better. Where is PENNDOTs oversight of this project?
