Spoke with owner of property with the wooden fence, he is going to be tearing out the fence soon, will be monitoring the progress....

Atten: Kyle Peterson, it has been over a month since you spoke to the owner of the fence and no progress has been made. When will he be tearing out the fence to comply with this complaint and city codes?

ATTENTION: Kyle Peterson, this fence is STILL STANDING. It has been over 4 months since this was reported, plenty of time for the owner to tear it down when he told you over 3 months ago that he will be doing this. There is a dump truck sitting on the empty lot next to the fence for over a month, thought it would be torn down by now. Please make him tear the fence down or have the city hire someone to tear it down and charge the property owner for whoever the city hires to tear it down !!! Please respond on this thread. Thanks.

upon further investigation of the location of the fence it has been determined that the fence actually is placed upon the two properties to the south of the fence, our areal imaginary shows the fence is located inside the two property lines to the south, so new notices will be mailed to the two property owners, thank you for using see click fix, and we hope to resolve this broken fence issue soon,

ATTENTION: Kyle Peterson, it has been a llittle over a month since you sent the two new notices. Have you heard from either one of them? Is there any progression with this Old Wooden Fence Issue? Please respond on this thread. Thanks.

the issue of the broken fence panels has been abated, fence meets minimum requirements per city code, thank you for using seeclickfix.
