We need Police Patrol, from 4PM on to at least 11pm this neighborhood Resident's are tortured with cars speeding, people on bikes and cars doing exhibitionist, dangerous Maneuvers. From Osgood passing by Hospital Care the Road should be Monitor, signs should be Posted concerning speed& Police should provide Enforcement. We pay our Taxes. This issue has become a serious nuisance and danger to kids and elderly people. It has to stopped. Please help
