Swimming pool abandoned and filled with filthy water. Rats! Mosquitos were breeding there all last summer. Disgusting! Health and safety hazard for neighborhood. For children and everyone. Must be cleaned up. Huge mound of dirt and dirty water being dumped into alley sewer. But seems abandoned for entire year since house sold. Don't know owner. Must enforce safety and sanitation laws!
