Description
The officer driving vehicle #4381 spent 45 minutes parked at the corner of SW 2nd St and 1st Ave talking to his girlfriend and her friend. When the officer got out of vehicle # 4381 he talked with them for a further 10 minutes. He left after he leant in and kissed the shorter of the girls shown in the photo. Meanwhile teenagers are being shot....
