Please advise when this will be handled. There is now a dead animal in the overgrown section adjacent to St. Paul church that is decaying and is a major health concern.

The north side of the street adjacent to the Blair House looks great. The south side along St Paul church was mowed, however the dead animal was moved onto the side walk instead of disposed of and the broken glass and other garbage is still in the sidewalk alongside the church. The dead animal and glad are VERY dangerous.
