Now there are 2 Walmart shopping carts desecrating Quequechanot street between Pleasant and County. The first one I reported before AND called Walmart about in front of 33 Quequechan street and has now been here 1 month. The 2nd is at the corner of Quequechan and County next to the stop sign. It's bad enough that I spend hours picking up emp empty Walmart bags that blow all over but this is ridiculous. Isn't there a fine for this? I thought the city council made a big fine for this a couple years ago?
