Heading southbound on Hayes toward 22 Mile Road - light is very poorly timed. Since installation of the new "smart" traffic lights at this intersection, the congestion has become worse than ever. Southbound traffic is often backed up almost to 23 Mile. It would be nice if Hayes were widened like Schoenherr was, at least between 21 Mile & 23 Mile to ease some of the congestion, but at the very least, fix the traffic lights at this intersection.
