Conducted inspection of this apartment 93 Spring Street along with housing inspector and at the time of this inspection found no evidence or issues discribed in above description. Could not verify complaint. This apartment is vacant and found no major code violations within the apartment. There is four units within the building and if this is not the correct address please let me know. Unit 93 was inspected.

The neighbor at 89 in that building said they have mold in their ceiling and their living room ceiling caved in 3 months ago. You probably didn't look under the cieling tiles that I saw falling down all over the apartment. I really think a deeper investigation needs to be done for that whole building. Insulation was falling from the cieling tiles and there is black mold, definitely in neighbors apartment so probably in whole building!

Both Myself and housing inspector had recently inspected that apartment and if fact those issues exist and currently being addressed by housing and fire department. Owner of building has been made aware of the issue and had repaired the roof leak that cause the ceiling collapse. The issues found have not been corrected as of yet because inspection was only made a few days ago. Owner has not received the list of items to be corrected.

And I also wonder how old that layered paint is on those walls...looks like they have been layering it on for over ten years! There was a hole in the bathroom shower I saw covered in duck tape and pink algea everywhere.

I'm glad it is being addressed.
