New owner gutting house leaving construction debris on side of the property large trash bags, large pieces of wood weighting down the fence pushing out into the sidewalk, large crater holes on sidewalk creating unsafe walking conditions for everyone walking along the sidewalk especially hazardous for children walking to and from school, older people heading to the hospital, just people in general have a hard time navigating the wood jutting out of the fence, potholes uneven sidewalk, bags of trash from short dumping. This property which sits on the corner, is a PHILTHY MESS very unsanitary and dangerous to the COMMUNITY.
