Empty lot next to 136 Village Park Drive is an overgrown MESS. Snakes and rats and garbage being dumped there.CLEAN IT UP!

Home at 148 Village Park Dr.has some serious erosion issues. Their unkempt lawn and EROSION is now affecting MY yard.I am looking for an attorney to help with this issue.They are growing weeds around their trees like they are flowers!

HELP! The EROSION at 148 Village Park DR. is swallowing my yard! I have had my stepping stones dug out of the mud (they were buried) by the flooding/rushing water from this property.They are aware of the problem and refuse to fix it.My patio is under mud.
The City of Newnan came out and agreed the problem is coming from the hill in their backyard.Their NEGLECT is causing THOUSANDS of dollars of damage to my property.My new HOA is also aware of the problem.The damage may be seen from the street.Do I call CODE ENFORCEMENT?? WHO do I get to HELP here??
When my hill had a small erosion problem,the HOA MADE me FIX it promptly.My yard was not causing anyone else damage.Now,next door has a BIGGER problem affecting MY PROPERTY and no one is doing ANYTHING.There is NO way I can FIX the damage to my yard until THEY fix the cause of the whole problem.My side and back yard are now MUD pits where there was sod and nice stepping stones! I have to put my trash can in the garage now.....otherwise I have to park it in the MUD.The stepping stones put there for the garbage can to sit on are now under mud.DISGUSTED and going to fight until this mess is FIXED! Never MIND! 960 days is ridiculous to get SOMEONE to conform to HOA CC and R's! Not SURE what we are paying HOA dues for........rental houses apparently don't have to follow the same rules
that HOMEOWNERS that PAY the dues have to FOLLOW...disgusting.
