Description

Group of more than 100 people have gathered with illegal dirt bikes. They need to be arrested and their bikes confiscated. This is unacceptable and these people need to be held accountable for operating illegal motor vehicles on our streets. Get OPD out there and start arresting them. Also cars parked illegally on the park grass.
