Things like this you have to call the police then post, which I did after reading this about a hour after it was posted. Hopefully the concrete did not fall and kill someone during that hour.
I am going to call See Click Fix again about people posting when they should be calling. Who knows someday someone may see a house fire and they will post it instead of calling.
