Description

Traveling the length of Ferncliff Ave 1-2x/week it was observed that a section of fence had been removed from the fence fronting the property. Over the past 8-9 weeks it has been replaced by a partially finished frame of a small shed. Based upon the phone boxes in the photo the west wall appears to be only 2-3ft., improperly setback from the Ferncliff. (west) property line.
