Last one for today ;) Beachmont MBTA station. Today there was a Target shopping cart outside the station. Would it be possible to pass an ordinance making shopping carts automatically lock if patrons try to take them out of the store's parking lot? Also the station needs serious repair. The floor tiles are all coming up and the infrastructure is rusting on the train deck.
