Description

Housing Additions added without proper permits and contractors used did not file proper permits with the county. When I asked the owner of the home he stated that no permits were needed as he was not building on top of the existing home structure. Owner was advised by a coworker and business investor of the illegal project. No paperwork was filed to have the home updated by the county to reflect additions to home. The home is listed by the county as having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With the illegal additions home has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
