Description
This tree is intertwine with Cable or Electrical Wiring, I reached out to DTE they reached back out and stated they have already done the tree cutting in that area. The tree has cracked after a storm and the neighborhood children play and hang on this tree and the other trees around this same area and lots. It will be a liability on the City if someone is hurt. GSD does come out monthly to maintain and cut the empty lots next to those two lots that I'm reporting, however those 2 lots needs the trees and grass cut.
GSD may also think the lot next to the home on the same side of those lots, belong to the homeowner, it doesn't it belong to the City and there is trash and trees that was left behind in the Alley and wasn't picked up last month. When we had to report illegal dumping on those lots With the Ombudsman Office, District 4 Deputy Managers and the Detroit Police Department.
