Ok, we accept that. BUT how about the fact that there is a no truck parking rule on the street. This is a narrow residential street an this large vehicle/truck is causing whoevers parks across the street from this vehicle to park with two tires on the sidewalk so traffic can get by with enough space not to cause any damage to vehicles. A vehicle of this size is probably violating parking rules.
