Description

This is the second time I am submitting this request. The first request was ignored and closed. This car has been parked in the alley between the 1700 block of 10th and 11th street and blocking my garage for 2 days. I see the car has a visitor pass and a warning ticket inside the car. Please ticket this car ASAP. I need it to be towed. My property is blocked and I cannot access my vehicle.
