Landlord refuses to repair mail box for 4101 hunters ridge dr SW apartment 10. USPS has been contacted and informed me that the missing cover is the responsibility of the landlord. Explained to landlord that this is a security risk to resident: identity theft, for example. This has been an issue since I moved in February 2014. All maintenance requests to landlord have been ignored.
