Leaf piles on many TOM streets are causing traffic issues on already narrow two way streets and reducing legal available parking. Now with the rain, they are creating additional drainage problems and have the potential to flood streets, driveways and sidewalks should the rain get heavy. Last time they were picked up was October 30th. PLEASE revise the schedule and PICK them.
