The brand new rain/ water basin that were built on Oakman Blvd overflowed. Rain water has flooded the streets. The rain basin at Oakman Blvd, & Meyers Rd overflowed causing the street AND my basement to flood with rain water. i had 5 inches of water in my basement. I want FEMA or similar disaster aide for the water damage to my house. My neighbors may also need the same.
