They are scammers who charge $25 to unsuspecting Detroiters and Senior Citizens, and they have been doing so since 2019. They are not legit neighborhood watch and may not even reside in Detroit or Wayne County. They've run similar scams in the past.     Meyers Rd was salted on February 25th, but as usual the block between Joy Rd. and Oakman Blvd. was ignored. Meyers Rd. is a MAIN street on the COD map beginning AT Oakman, not at Joy. This has been a constant issue with snow removal and street salting for YEARS.

    This is the second time that my trash receptacle has sustained some type of damage after being emptied during trash pick up, this year. The first time, the lid was damaged after being emptied, and now it's so damaged we have to use a brick to keep it closed. Feel free to come inspect it. We've had this receptacle for years, without any damage to it, outside of squirrels chewing at it, now it's damaged beyond that, due to no fault of ours.

    Our trash was put out on the curb on Monday night for pickup. We are the only house on the entire block that didn't get their yard waste/leaf bags picked up on Tuesday. Our trash can was emptied, so they saw the leaf bags next to it at the time.

    The rain basins at the intersection of Oakman Blvd. and Meyers Rd. are full almost to capacity with rain water, again. Other rain basins may also be near capacity. This could result in basements in the area flooding again. Please treat this as an urgent request, it affects several residents.

    The brand new rain/ water basin that were built on Oakman Blvd overflowed. Rain water has flooded the streets. The rain basin at Oakman Blvd, & Meyers Rd overflowed causing the street AND my basement to flood with rain water. i had 5 inches of water in my basement. I want FEMA or similar disaster aide for the water damage to my house. My neighbors may also need the same.
