Description

In this area on Wolcott at all hours of the day and night there are cars/trucks, all kinds of vehicles with excessive speeds. There are no speed limit signs on Wolcott, but there are on Webster. Please help, there are a lot of kids in the area as welll as the noise being unreasonable.
