Abandoned Vacant Commercial Property at 122 W Carolina Ave. 38103, is Open for Casual Entry, Uninhabitable, Dilapidated, Unsafe, needs Rehab, has no running water, nor electricity, Overgrowth Shrubbery to Vacant Lot, with Overgrowth growing up Eastside of Structure, and Overgrowth of Grass and Weeds to the entire Abandoned Vacant Commercial Property, with Trash, Litter, Back-Yard Junk and Overgrowth Obstructing Sidewalk Pathway, Also, Abandoned Inoperable Commercial Trailer on the Westside of Vacant Property, with Busted Windows to Abandoned Vacant Commercial Property, which is creating a Blight and Public Nuisance on the Environment.
