Cluster funk

Large campsite came back two months ago. Still there. Growing bigger. Loads of garbage, public urination and defecation, drug dealing and using, alcohol drinking, fights, illegal dumping, unsafe, dirty...

Again, a lot of debris. This street is filled with garbage. The public garbage receptacles remain full for weeks. If the city doesn't pick up the garbage and empty the bins, people leave their garbage on the sidewalk. There is an RV parked on this street that dumps their debris right on the sidewalk. Also one of the little houses on wheels. Please, help us to have a clean neighborhood.
