I think the plan of the officials of Upper Providence Twp is to let all roads crumble and go back to dirt roads.
This is an example of local government that just doesn't care about anything.
(ticket quotas by the Police seems to be the only thing that gets done in Upper Providence)

It June almost July and the potholes still have not been filled.
