Driving in NH always bad but when bars let out on Fri & sat night in good weather living on Chapel St. is a nightmare -- cars racing at 80+ mph, noisy motorcycles, drivers ignore stop signs & red lights - it's no genteel neighborhood. Police -- please post some radar equipped vehicles to make arrests or have speed bumps on Chapel where there's a lot of pedestrian traffic.
