Garbage is everywhere outside of the El Tucanazo Bar located on Paula st. This bar backs up to a small pond that is the overflow to Crabtree Creek and the Greenway. Trash including,bottles,cans,wrappers,food,yard waste etc found all along the edge of this club ends up in the water. My neighborhood is located on the other side of this pond and we see trash floating every day in the water that comes from this nightclub.This is the same nightclub that has been reported to the RPD and taken to court for numerous noise ordinance violations. I am a business owner and a Raleigh native and in all my years I have never had to deal with such irresponsibility and no respect for the law as this nightclub shows.
