Mattress dumped in the street. Only today I saw the staffs at Public Works drove by this issue because it wasn't reported. This sort of behavior Is what perpetuates the dumping problem here in West Oakland. It's unbelievable that I have to report an issue to get it resolved despite it being next to another issue that was previously reported.
