Description
Maybe needs a 4 way stop. Speeders going down Halsey and some on Minor do not even stop for the stop sign. When speeders hit the bump that's in the intersection they have been known to lose control of vehicle and have had a few big accidents here is the last couple of years. someone is going to get killed or hurt.

Thank you for contacting HPD. Officers monitored this location for a week at different times and areas of the location and did not observe any violations during this time. A review of calls at this intersection for the last two years did not locate any accidents, however it did reveal several traffic stops made by patrol officers in this area. Officers will continue to patrol this area.
