The approaches to bridge have wore/washed out and need replacing.
There used to be a length of asphalt on each side of bridge approach. This asphalt has been beaten down and now it's like hitting pot holes as you enter/exit bridge. This is a safety hazard.

Thanks for scraping gravel into these holes, but you you happen to drive down this way you will see the gravel has washed out and the holes are again in place.
This is way some asphalt was placed on each side.

No effort has been given to correct this issue. Bryce have you or any member of your agency driven out to see how dangerous this issue is?
Safety complaints need a respounce of some sort. Saying "Thank You" doesn't cut it.
