Description

Vehicle has been parked in an RPP 2-hour zone since June 11 and is a repeat/habitual violator of the 2 hour limit. PE please cite the vehicle as this is a high-demand parking area with insufficient parking for the permit-holding residents and there has been no enforcement of RPP time limits in recent weeks. The paper plate reads 35429171 B.
