Description

This trash has been sitting on the sidewalk for over a month. Now that the warm weather started it smells rancid like something is rotting. This can NOT be healthy at all. It is blocking the sidewalk so people have to walk in the street to pass by.

Can this trash be removed? The smell is so bad and none of the neighbors want to go near it.
