While returning from Norristown this AM (9/24/09) I observed a Norristown borough or township leaf cleanup crew cleaning up all of the leaves left at the curbside on Valley Forge Road.

I have often observed Schuylkill Township crews go by without any advance notice, cleaning up whatever leaves are ON THE ROAD in front of our properties at the same time we are busy cleaning up our leaves and disposing of them ourselves.

Could we be notified of these leaf cleanup runs so we can enjoy the same benfits as our neighbors in Norristown WITHOUT RAISING OUR TAXES?
