For over 2 years, we on this street have had complaints about the owner of this house. He continues to rent to people who are loud, sell/do drugs, trash the front and back yard and then move out to leave the garbage. I called code compliance to clean out the driveway and back yard of entire household furnishings including trash that had sat there for 3 weeks. Now it is a health issue of trash left all this time. Diapers from 2 years ago are still there along with added trash that is a breeding ground for skunks. I will contact code compliance along with animal control because of their smell and endangering the pets of the neighborhood. Please help us here on the first block of Glenwood just South of Poxson Park. Thank you.
