Opis

There are two slides in this very heavily used park and the larger slide has a large semi-circular gash in it. The gash would be a hole except that part of the hole is still attached to the rest of the slide. It it looks like someone jumped on top of it and broke through, but not entirely.

The result is that when children slide down the slide (which several hundred do every week), they get caught in this gash. It's a hazard. I'll try to post a picture soon.
