Description

Residential house has some 15-20 people living in it at any given time. There are 10-15 vehicles parked in the yard. Trash pile in back yard is increasing in size, involves garbage, paint and chemicals. Also their garbage is continuously blowing into my yard and throughout neighborhood. Rubbish containers are left in front yard, unsightly mess. This is RESIDENTIAL home not some commercial hotel. Way too many people living there. Please help.
