The section of road on South Blvd. east of Woodward is a wreck! There are more holes than road. It would be better off if they would rip it up and just make it dirt! In all communities the public services have deminished and I am sick and tired of hearing the answer is to raise taxes again. That will not fix the problem when the bidding for the repair/replacement of roads is based on greasing the hands of those accepting the bids. Shame on you who make those decisions!!
