Descrição
A "No turn on red" sign was installed on the traffic light at California and McClung going west bound. Numerous people turn right on red regardless of the new sign. I would like the sign to be enforced or taken down.

HPD monitored this location. An option would be to have the timing for the traffic signal adjusted to stay green longer for traffic turning from McClung Ave. Vehs stopped at the intersection to turn onto California St. had the green light only hold for 14 seconds . 25– 30 seconds would be better to allow more vehs in and out of the area.
