We asked, then sent a petition around our 6 floor Housing to make it a 55 y.o. and older abode only.
Mngt. said "No"..It has been 6 years since a stabbing/death happened on the elevator..Pretty quiet but the past year the crime and incidents have been increasing.
Mostly noise complaints to Mngt. then the PD ,on young folk who reside here , steady increase in overnight perpetual guests. Place is crawling now with non tenants.
Coincidence that the younguns are ALL related to PD personnel ?
The PD say they need more of their ilk to live there because the calls are increasing. HUH ?
Lots say let's roll the tape, clean this place up, cameras are at the door and on every floor. It's never theirs that perpetuate the nuisance - But havoc and terror is committed by old school residents across town and undisclosed locations,they say/swear.
Younguns are wheeling and using heavily. Stinky fould reek pouring out of windows.
Some tenants relapse out of fear, peer pressure, wanting to be ahright and left alone, Because the hostility and menacing,stalking by these kids to Chase out anyone who don't use and might call the PD is repulsive, etc.( not that that calling helps much , but they have to try.)
Those that buy are eventually asked for urine samples at times /at leisure, one can be evicted for drug use and lose their voucher..They even brought up (mngt with PD ,A rapist out of Bgt. to terrorize, roaming the halls ,see above)
Giving a PD bro a placebo delivered by a pharmacy to fraudulently get into a voucher ?- Empty Nesters of Po , still have their bedrooms and trophies at Dad,Mom's house , they do their laundry there , never been homeless etc.
Hijacked and commandeered the entitlements , like they purposely brought them in to ,,
