Description

There is a person size hole in the chain link fence on Austin Creek Drainage Canal in the back yard of 2904 Webb Street. There are young children at 2904 and they could climb through and fall into the drainage canal. This was mentioned by the property owner, Integrity RMD LLC at a Code Enforcement Appeals Board meeting Thursday evening. Even though this hole has been there for many months, it appears the property owner has not tried to notify anyone about this serious problem. I believe this possibly could be a Sanitation and Flood Dept problem. Please forward to them is that is so.
