Description

The owner of 818 NW 17th St is running a used car lot out of his back yard. At least it seems so since he has two cars with used car dealer plates on them. There is a Blue Suburban parked at the alley that hasn't moved in months (if ever - I have lived here 8 years and don't remember it very being gone). It's tag is IGE 117 and expired in Oct 2020). Currently there are four other cars there two of which do not seem operable (brown pickup and old Chevy) because they have been there for a while. The yard is in fenced so this can be seen from the alley between 17th and 16th without entering the yard. I live directly behind them and this mess is visible from all the north windows in my house. Sometimes as many as seven cars have been stacked in that yard.
