Just got home form work - North Champlain Street in front of Lawrence Barnes school is starting to flood again. With the coming rains and thaws I imagine it will continue to get worse before it gets better, as it usually does. It still appears that the culprit is the storm drain across from the school, somewhere around 109 N. Champlain St. is the issue.
